Self-extinguishing nylon construction makes these TradeMaster® wallplates virtually unbreakable. They will not crack if excessive torque is applied to installation screws. They are 3/16 in higher and wider than typical plastic wallplates not enough to be apparent to the eye, but the extra size cuts costs by reducing dry wall rework.
