These TeSys VLS disconnect switches are for integration into control systems in applications like material handling, HVAC, pumping, solar energy, mining and many more. This family of disconnect switches has switches ranging from 16A to 125A. The 16A, 25A, 32A, 40A and 63A disconnect switches are UL508 motor disconnect switches rated. The 30A, 63A, 80A, 100A and 125A disconnect switches are UL98 non fusible disconnect switch rated. This 63A disconnect switch has 3 normally open poles and mounts directly in the enclosure door. Per UL and CSA this this disconnect switch has a 3 HP rating at 120 VAC and a 7.5 HP at 240 VAC single phase. Per UL and CSA this disconnect switch has a 20HP rating at 200 to 208 VAC and 240 VAC, a 40 HP rating at 480 VAC and a 40 HP rating at 600 VAC three phase. This disconnect switch has up to a 100 kA at 480 V short circuit current rating (SCCR) with a 200A Type J fuse maximum. Per IEC requirements, this disconnect switch has a 30 kW rating at 400 V, a 45 kW rating at 500 V and a 45 kW rating at 690V three phase. The screw clamp terminals will accept 10 mm solid or 16 mm stranded wire. The clamps will also accept solid or stranded wire from 12 AWG to 1 AWG.
