3M™ Scotchlok™ Female Disconnect Nylon Insulated is used for factory and field applications. The disconnects are UL Listed (standard no. UL 310, 3M File No. E70512) and CSA Certified (Standard No. 22.2 No. 153, 3M File No. LR22190) for use on stranded copper (AWG) wire only. For factory installations, this nylon-insulated female disconnect can be used with steel or brass tabs (UL and CSA), and it can be used with brass tabs for field applications (UL only). Strain relief is required. The crimp-type female disconnect connects permanently to the pre-stripped ends of stranded copper wires. The female disconnects are used for field or factory wiring with UL Recognized strain relief. 3M™ Scotchlok™ Female Disconnect Nylon Insulated will provide a reliable, permanent connection to stranded copper wires in field or factory wiring applications.
