This variable depth mechanism is used with Square D circuit breakers. It is designed for installation in a custom built control enclosure where main or branch circuit protective devices are required. All circuit breaker operating mechanisms are suitable for either right or left hand flange mounting and are convertible on the job. This extra long operating rod will extend the variable depth of the 9422R operating mechanisms by 7 inches. This rod can be substituted for the standard rod included with each 9422R or 9422AR mechanism. Two of these kits are required for 9422ARR, 9422RR, 9422ART, 9422RT, 9422ATE, 9422TE, 9422ATF or 9422TF mechanisms.
