Product Overview
Type S non-reversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S contactors have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 2 pole NEMA Size 4 non-reversing contactor has a 135 ampere rating. Single phase NEMA Size 4 contactors have no horsepower ratings. This NEMA contactor has a 100 kA maximum SCCR rating per UL508A when protected by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse. These contactors are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This contactor has a 440/480 VAC 50/60 Hz coil that is wired for common control. This NEMA contactor is an open device without an enclosure. This contactor is 8.19 inches tall, 6.00 inches wide and 6.50 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S contactors. Type S NEMA contactors are UL listed and CSA certified.
