Product Overview
The Bridgeport 280-DCX 1/2" To 3/8" Combination EMT Transition Coupling is used to join 1/2" EMT to 3/8" flexible metal conduit or 14/2 to 10/3 AC/MC cable or non-metallic cable. All contractors need to transition between raceways. This process is often difficult. Our EMT combination transition couplings convert two different types of raceway while maintaining the appropriate physical strength and electrical continuity. Users can join EMT and up to two 14/2 to 10/3, two 14/2, or two 12/2 NM cables stacked. EMT combination transition couplings meet all mechanical and electrical requirements of the National Electric Code. The two-screw steel strap and set screw end ensure that the connection between the EMT and FMC or AC cable or NM cable stays securely in place. The zinc body is ideal for long-term use. Bridgeport EMT transition couplings come in a wide range of sizes and styles to provide complete installation flexibility, helping you install fast and deliver more. Our EMT combination transition couplings are engineered with quality and innovation that allow contractors to save time and money on every job. When you need quality electrical fittings for more efficient jobs, look for Bridgeport Orange.
