CREDIT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Stanion Wholesale Electric Co. appreciates your interest in establishing a business relationship with us. If you desire to purchase from us on a credit account basis, please use our credit application to apply for a credit account.
Please print and complete the following credit application and return it to the service center location from which you will be purchasing . If you already have a prepared list of references, you may attach it to the application instead of writing them on the application. The credit application needs to be filled out completely and signed by the owner of the company or an authorized officer of the company.
The guarantee of credit does not need to be signed if your company is a publicly traded company or a government entity.
